The Wilkinson Racing Multilock Brace Nut is a stainless-steel replacement nut designed for use with Wilkinson Racing Braces and PM Tunings TSAB (PM987).

Manufactured from stainless steel, it offers improved corrosion resistance compared with previous-style nuts while providing multiple locking options in one clever design.

Clever Locking Plate Design

Unlike a conventional brace nut, where the locking plate can simply be slid over the nut after fitting and torquing, the WR Multilock Brace Nut is specifically engineered for applications where this isn’t possible.

The machined groove around the nut allows the locking plate to be fitted to the nut first, before being rotated into the correct position after the nut has been torqued.

This makes fitting straightforward while allowing the locking holes to be correctly aligned without having to compromise the installation.

Ideal for Drum-Brake Wheels

The Multilock Brace Nut is also an ideal solution for drum-brake wheels, where a conventional 5-bolt locking plate may not be an option without modifying the wheel.

Depending on the application, the Multilock Brace Nut can be used with:

• 5-bolt hub locking plate
• Split pin alone
• Locking plate and split pin together

This provides a purpose-designed mechanical locking solution without the need to drill or modify the wheel or rely solely on Loctite.
