The Wilkinson Racing Octolock Kit is a purpose-designed replacement for the traditional two-piece locking arrangement used with the Casa Performance Octopus Rear Hub with 18mm layshaft thread.

The Octolock combines the flange and locking function into a single integral stainless-steel flange nut, eliminating the need for a separate locking plate and shim washer.

Why WR Octolock?

The traditional locking arrangement uses multiple components, including a separate locking plate and shim washer. Under increased horsepower and torque, as well as the additional loads associated with fully loaded rally scooters, these components can become potential wear or failure points.

The Wilkinson Racing Octolock replaces this arrangement with a single integral flange, reducing the number of components while increasing the flange contact area.

With a 50mm flange, the Octolock provides a larger contact area against the hub and removes the need for a separate locking plate.
